ABF China Bond Index Fund is transformed from the separate account of ABF2 China Sub-fund.

ABF2 China Sub-fund is recognized by the CSRC¡¯s Letter on the Relevant Issues of ABF2 China Sub-fund (Zhen Jian Ban Han [2005] No. 68), and served by China Asset Management Co., Ltd. as the Fund Manager to undertake the investment management of China sub-fund in the form of securities investments entrusted by specific clients. The holder of the fund is the Executives¡¯ Meeting of East Asia and Pacific Central Banks (¡°EMEAP¡±). The fund mainly adopts the representative stratified sampling replication method and tracks the iBoxx^® ABF China Index.
